Zach started playing dodgeball six years ago at a rec center just outside of Chicago. From there, he helped bring dodgeball to the University of Illinois where the team he played with was described as "nightmarish." Dodgeball, though, is pure fun for Zach. He has a hard time not smiling on the court or off the court, where he is often found climbing trees. After graduating from the U of I, he toured briefly with a pop punk band in which he played bass. However, writing is his true passion and he eventually plans to go back to school for Creative Writing.
